Inquire about the course of quality control

I am writing to ask if your company can offer courses on computer networks for our managers.

I saw your ad in the daily HK Daily on Friday, May, 8 2012, and computer network courses (Ref.: QC 101) mentioned in the ad may be suitable for us. I want to know whether it is possible for you to offer a three-month training course that started before or at the latest, on , May 5, 2012, for a group of 20 people. Can you send some information about the faculty and the possible timetable for this course?
